Pink in the Rink
Pink in the Rink is Rider Ice's annual Hockey Fights Cancer night, to promote awareness for breast cancer and all cancer. This year, the Broncs raised $1,205 for the NHL's Hockey Fights Cancer movement. This money will be distributed to families dealing with cancer via the American Cancer Society, Canadian
Cancer Society, and Movember Foundation. The Broncs wear their special black and pink jerseys for this game every year.
Military Appreciation Night
Every year, the Broncs host a Military Appreciation Night to honor the brave individuals who have served, and are currently serving our country. The Broncs sport their America flag and camouflage jerseys on this night, to pay homage to the USA. Rider Ice Hockey is proud to be heavily involved with Rider's Veteran Affairs, and proudly salute senior defenseman Nick Ruggero who is currently serving in the US Army.
Senior Night
Rider Ice Hockey's Senior Night is usually one of the last home games where the current senior players are honored for their contributions to the program ahead of graduation. Join this year's seniors alongside their families and friends to applaud their success both on and off the ice at Rider University!
